- Salary – £11.44 per hour. We provide enhancements for Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays (Enhancements for Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Main duties of the role
The post holder will work in the urgent care setting supporting the team by fulfilling the agreed tasks. The key duties include operating the reception; being the first point of contact for patients, visitors and enquiries; booking patients into Fleetwood Urgent Treatment Centre, Wound Care and the GP Extended Access service; completing a non-clinical triage with patients; answering the phone; undertaking day to day administration tasks.
