Social Enterprise Awards 2025
We are delighted to be “highly commended” as Public Services Social Enterprise of the year at the Social Enterprise UK Awards 2025.
The ceremony took place in November at the Southbank Centre in London and it was amazing to see so many inspiring social enterprises driving positive change across the country.

The nomination celebrated all of the fantastic work of our teams and the partners we work with to deliver high quality care, tackle the wider determinants of health and strengthen our communities.
Last year, we marked 30 years since our founding and being shortlisted amongst all of the other amazing social enterprises from across the country feels like a fitting milestone as we look ahead to our next chapter!
UHUK Awards 2025
FCMS was shortlisted for two UHUK Awards this year and we are so proud to have won ‘Gold’ in each category!
Our Co-CEO Suzy Layton received the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of her leadership of FCMS, influence throughout local and national networks, and her legacy of tackling health inequalities and transforming access for patients across our communities.

We are active members of UHUK – a network of social enterprise health and care providers – and celebrating these awards was a great way to sign off their annual conference!
General Innovation Award
