1. INTRODUCTION
During the course of our activities we, FCMS NW Ltd and PDS Medical Ltd, will process personal data (which may be held on paper, electronically, or otherwise) about our staff and we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). FCMS NW Ltd and PDS Medical Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this privacy notice at any time, including where FCMS NW Ltd and PDS Medical Ltd intends to further process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was collected or where we intend to process new types of personal data.
