The FCMS Homeless Health team has been shortlisted for the Public Health Nursing Category at the 2022 Nursing Times Awards.
Taking place on 26th October 2022, the Awards celebrate innovation, perseverance and incredible work across 25 categories.
Our Homeless Health team play such an important role in getting homeless patients access to the care they need, and we are so pleased that the amazing work of the Fylde Coast team has been recognised.
