The Hub will be available seven days a week, from 10:00 to 22:00, until the end of February 2024
Location
The Hub is based at the Same Day Health Centre, Devonshire House, Cavendish Court, South Parade, Doncaster, DN1 2DJ.
Referrals and appointments
Referrals into the Hub can be made via 111 and GP Practices. Practices should call the ECP line to refer patients who meet the inclusion criteria into the Hub for a GP face-to-face appointment.
Please note that referrals must be made by phone as there are no online or email referral pathways for this Hub.
Inclusion criteria
- Children and adults with acute respiratory symptoms, most likely due to infection, e.g. bacterial or viral infections including COVID-19, RSV, Strep A, influenza, and have been identified through an initial remote/triage consultation as requiring face-to-face assessment but not as requiring hospitalisation.
- The patient must have had a triage by a GP Surgery clinician.
