We invest in our staff. In addition to informal learning opportunities, structured development programmes are available through our training and development team to support our staff to upskill, acquire enhanced skill sets and promote succession planning.
We offer all our clinicians the opportunity to attend bi monthly learning and leadership groups and provide access to a paid eLearning portfolio (through RCNi eLearning.) Where funding is available and appropriate staff skill level permits; clinical staff may be offered the opportunity to complete a formal course of study such as non-medical prescribing or an MSc in Advanced Practice.
A number of Apprenticeship providers partner with us to provide accredited development pathways which are considered on an individual basis.
